Method
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10â12 minutes.
- Drain and transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives if desired.
